- Build a cross functional team that manages payment operations, risk management, block trading, institutional sales, and customer support for GDAX.
- Establish, measure, and manage an institutional exchange that operates 24/7/365.
- Stand up an office and establish a team culture that maintains the Coinbase Mission and Core Values.
Requirements:
- 8+ years at a U.S. exchange or brokerage, preferably in a general management, prime brokerage, sales and trading, or risk management function.
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing a team, preferably through a period of rapid growth.
- Strong managerial, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working cross functionally, preferably with a remote or distributed team.
- Comfortable working in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment.
- Familiar with technologies such at Bitcoin and Ethereum
