Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst Science and new tech has been always at the core of a new IR, changing the perspective and role of humans and the world, eliciting new arts, politics, business, philosophy and ethic movements. While is true that new tech give us also new ways of killing each other, the 4th IR is a golden opportunity for Human kind.
