Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst The 4th IR is about disruption of the old paradigm and the introduction of a new one which can empower everyone to have a better quality of life. Economically it means those groups or communities traditionally not empowered have the opportunity to actively participate and build wealth, get better access to education and services. Crypto, let's say DeFi, is the spear of this possibility. African American communities (and of course Africans themselves) can only get advantages if they get on time in this movement.
