Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst The last reports on US speak about millions leaving their white collar jobs if they mean to permanently return to an office cubicle. This is happening all around the world in different ways. The Pandemic has shown how we can work, produce and live better in a digital or hybrid office ecosystem, at work and at office. Those business not understanding this will suffer the consequences. There are many other factors playing too. Most are fed up with business people offering bad work conditions, too many extra hours with no or low payment, etc. There is a silent revolution here, with many just leaving at the end of the month. It's not a question of money anymore, but of dignity and quality of life.
