Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst Spectacular video from a channel dedicated to architecture and buildings. We enjoyed it. Not so much the comments about the existence of these skyscrapers as investment, more than housing. Something that is happening in other ultra expensive cities like London, and that slowly spreads towards normal buildings and housing. Some real estate companies like BlackRock now are using the same tactic, to buy housing just for investment. While profit is always a legitimate option, the fact that housing is also a human right should not be forgotten. Billionaires have their own problems. The rest of us need affordable housing.
