Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst Ripple (the company) and XRP (the tokens) continue with their judicial saga, this time in favor of Ripple which has bounced up in the market. Beyond the judicial front, what this means to this platform and its tokens? There are yet controversies not cleared, and SEC's role has not been very helpful either. With more clarity from regulators and authorities this type of issues would have probably been solved long ago.
