Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst The fog of war, present in any conflict, makes very difficult to see what is really happening, and conflict analysts in media and social media trying to understand and resume what is going to happen will always have a bias towards one of the sides of the conflict. But, what would happen if Putin officially declares war next May 9th? There are lots of legal consequences for that country, and also for the global theatre of operations and the countries implicated directly or indirectly in this issue. Sometimes everything can be compared to the months just before the First World War, when nobody wanted a war, but the positions, the legal requirements and the decision taking made it unavoidable. Let's hope this is not the case.
