Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst The EU is an amazing organisation which has helped to unite Western Europe (and after 1989 some eastern European countries too). The fear of breaking this Union, and the long conflict's history of this part of the world led to a complex architecture with an overbearing regulations on many things, from the number of cows and orange trees allowed in a country to the strict rules of country budgets. This is always done in god faith but sometimes can be too bureaucratic and strict. The EU has been talking about regulations on crypto and finances (The MICA Bill) for almost three years, and now is on the final queue to being discussed for approval. Many say that those regulations have not good implications or even are talked about crazy. And this is very important. If the regulations which should be imposed to protect institutions, people and the 4th IR digital finances result on strangling development and use of crypto, for the sake of overprotecting, then we don't need that.

Crypto recommendations coming from this proposed Bill and some EU national regulations too are not very positive. We hope EU will not be left behind for fear of overprotection. What will happen? Watch the explanation and the characteristics of this happening. Very educational.
