Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst The question of legal problems in crypto is not just Terra/Luna last drama. It can be said the same from many of the altcoins and crypto projects out there. Why? Lack of global regulations, no protection for retail investors, lack of clarity if a token is a security token or not, and now add all the hacking, just straight scamming and rampant fraud we read every week. Yes, we are living the last stage of the Wild West age of crypto, and we hope (expect!) that this is going to change, but meanwhile there may be a time of reckoning.
