Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst Crypto being a security or a commodity is not a new debate. Not surprising that it's coming again as different regulatory agencies are taking about implementation of crypto regulations. SEC in USA sees it very clear: every coin or token except BTC is a Security. EU regulations are more flexible and some countries inside it give some framework on when a crypto coin or a token may be deemed as a commodity and not a security. These two different approaches which will mark the future of crypto regulations as very probably many other countries will follow either the USA ones or the EU ones. This may mean US customers won't be able to get tokens issued under EU regulations, or vice versa. we will see what I happens and if at the end there is a global agreement to solve this problem.
