This housing market we live is different from the past ones as many big investors are just buying estate to make them assets. Private buyers find more difficult to buy, prices are not good, the market is having issues. Why if those big investors stay with their assets and being unable to monetise them? The crash will happen. There are other outside factors which will be more or less stronger according to who you believe, for instance the economic policies of this US Presidency. Stress signals all around global economy.
