If these social media had their days and their negative aspects, mostly data handling and deceptive disinformation policies, now younger generations, kids, are all in TikTok. USA, India, and many other experts are worried about China involvement in this social media, launched un that country. TikTok data is shown various negative aspects of this media (spreading dares, or talking about their worst experiences). TikTok uses so much data that it is already a security issue (imagine the amount of data on USA people can be harvested by Chinese government, for instance). While TikTok has these problems, we are afraid not much can be done if the negative trend continues, unless it can be shown the this app is not used for other reasons by the Chinese, or else is somehow curtailed. Otherwise, teens and youth will continue using it.
