Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst The European continent is already in recession according to Ian Sepherdson (British citizen and Pantheon Macroeconomics Chief Economist). He is not very sure about recession in UK yet (chuckles here). Anyway no European government agrees to call the actual situation a full recession, for many reasons, the key one due to the Ukraine conflict and the looming energy crisis, with economies in a quagmire, inflation not yet controlled, etc delaying the inevitable. So interesting how he points US is going to navigate this recession in a much better way than the Europeans. Well, winter is coming.
