Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst There is no doubt Elon Musk always introduces new exciting factors in innovative technologies, like in robotics. Optimus (in this iteration which according to those in the known is already being totally revamped and improved) is a classical bipedal robot, which many dismiss as being useless, preferring traditional robots which can be of any shape to make precision or heavy work. We think the idea of a bipedal robot, with a Neural Network is a necessary development and the use cases will appear. Tesla is not just an electric car company. It's an innovation centre. Yes, Musk loves the hype, and many of his projects get half forgotten in the mind of people (where is Neurolink now? Probably being reworked or left aside until there is more research?), but he is a serious engineer who takes old ideas and change them into new developments who nobody else dreamt or was too dismissive to try. The Neural Network he is researching and pushing forward will serve to grow this field, and to improve safety in smart autonomous (or not) vehicles, changing the way we relate to our digital devices, lastly to improve the life of everyone.
