Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst US Regulatory agencies particularly SEC but not only, behave in a way which tries to react to unregulated crypto by attacking it instead of putting crypto financial regulators together with crypto platforms and companies. How is a honest crypto platform act if they don't know how SEC is going to react, putting them together with the "less" honest ones? We think the approaches shouldn't be of conflict but offering a new vision on how the regulators should see crypto, starting with digital financial education which these traditional regulatory institutions may lack. Of course, new crypto platforms should learn from what is going on and try to regulate or work inside a framework which doesn't violate the US Securities Law and follow a process which can be long but long term is worthier than looking for launching a crypto product which will cause further legal and financial problems.
