First we have Binance's CEO, who reminds us what we know but maybe we don't know how to articulate as well as he does. The world is changing so crypto and the blockchain can't disappear just like that. And in the future we will see crypto (its future iteration) as normal and massively used. Or that regulations shouldn't be feared by those who have a real good product as the success comes from that product and not from a regulation. And a very interesting idea: we can't build just seeing the now, but thinking at least on the long term minimum ten years ahead of us, in order to drive innovation better. Regulators should also do that, finding the balance to protect consumers but also encouraging innovation. This is part of the New World Order, which sounds scary, but not necessarily should be if well managed. When he speaks about his own company, Binance, he reflects on the future of work, where highly motivated people work and innovate, not just work for a living. To create a meaningful vision in the company, where everybody find the right role. Not about the titles, but about the work you do. So many ideas here.
