Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst Twitter is in turmoil, in the middle of a tech companies crisis with thousands of people being laid off and social media in change as new generations don't feel identified with the "old" social media platforms. Twitter's user base is changing and maybe Elon Musk wants innovation and reform. Social Media Platforms which will survive these changes are the ones which will offer different formats so new generations feel comfortable to be there, and the platforms continue to be culturally relevant. So we already imagine as Musk is hinting that Twitter will be multi format so content creators, news, videos, images, audio and so on are together. The second problem which Twitter has to tackle is the one of moderation and free speech. The philosophy, or the points views, about this topic are very different according to different ideologies even different global territories. So how to deal with this, what to allow, what should not be allowed, and who is to decide that. We are in an age of changes where the old will die if don't know how to change and innovate.
