Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst New technologies which serve to augment our bodies is developing very fast. Elon Musk already started with his Neurolink research. Nowadays there are multiple devices which help physically injured people to recover their limbs' movement including brain interfaces in development which can help one day Parkinson disease affected for instance. Of course there is a long way for the masses to get devices which can not only help those in need but everybody with different uses (which you can find in the podcast). The debate, like in others techs like AI, is the way we have to act ethically. Imagine prothesis which can be hacked, or neuro-enhancers which can also "control" the individual. But meanwhile we welcomed any tech development helping to cure neurological diseases or enhance the individual to use prothesis like original limbs.
