This said, when you hear first that elite millionaire investors want to do their Puertopia, it sounds like maybe they are interested only into paying less taxes. However, the idea of a crypto city where everything is based on blockchain protocols, from identification to markets to businesses to properties, social relationships, is very interesting. This is, if true, going to be a living Blockchain lab which potentially can transform the island and the ways we see a decentralised society.
