Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst Are we optimistic about people post-Covid19 crisis? What about our leaders? Not so much? Human beings are very good as communities, to adapt and change what is necessary to go beyond survival toward bouncing back and create a new consensus. It is usually leaders who are the last to react, unfortunately, with some exceptions (the ones who later apear in history books). Thinking about this in these times of change could help us to pass through the crisis.
