The prospective future can be as rosy as stated here or it can be a mixed result, given the inequalities yet existent in our world. This said, we can´t stop this 4th IR to happen unless a really huge Black Swan event happen (Climate related maybe?). So you, me, us, all have a must to prepare for this systemic change, starting to thing about system and functions change in a radical way.
