Not a new idea, but nobody has even tried to do this due to the complexity of the systems which were not created to interact or interoperate together. That is why we have maximalists, for instance. Polkadot people are really vissionaries just for trying to put forward this. The 4th IR is about building bridges. A new Crypto.2 market would be better if Polkadot could do this.
