It's always difficult to understand what are the magnitude of the changes, and their consequences both internally and for the rest of the planet. But it seems the government wants to make sure that all changes being introduced result in a more equalitarian society. The economy and finance need change, but also they need to control more the cultural and educational world, to better control the society (as they say, for the good of society, of course).
