Remember this Foundation is eliminating malaria from Africa and south East Asia, for instance and has many women, youth and children development projects which are really changing the health, nutrition and life of many in many places in the world. But, like a knife which can be a help and a murder tool, he who pays the piper is the one who choses the songs. And in times when scepticism about science being corrupted by the big Pharma, politicians and moguls is growing (be this right or not), this sounds more and more of big bribes so the Media behaves and praises Gates and its Foundation.
