Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst Rwanda is beautiful. The post genocide society committed itself to reconstruction, justice and basically build a country where there are no tribes but a people. The result was a country which, before marred by conflict and poverty now has advanced infrastructures, including a powerful digital development, a place where investment and tourism is vibrant. Of course, all countries have their issues, and Rwanda is not free of problems, but overall, and compared to other East and Central African countries this is a wonderful country to visit, invest and live in the Subsaharian Africa.
