Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst Many Founders of start ups will find this serious (and sometimes ironic) conversation of one of the best American technology startup accelerator, if not the best. We want to hire the best, until we find that not necessary the best are the ones we need. We want to hire many to seem an important company, then burn our scarce resources. These and many other mistakes, which stressed out Founders on their second or third start up will see as having done too. We have another problem now, with inflation and a possible recession which is not friendly to any start up indeed. When is time to hide from the storm a start up need to show strength to survive and can't allow to do many mistakes or otherwise will not survive at all. Hard times are coming.
