Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst The WEF produces good, optimistic videos. Which is good, when the future is anything but clear, it's even scary for many. New techs or existent techs developing so fast which is disrupting works and jobs all around. Data from the video: by 2025 a staggering amount of 85M people's jobs will be displaced by innovative new techs. We have the luck to live the beginning of a 4th IR. Education and skills are changing, fuelled by automation, digital opportunities to create new jobs. There is no escape from this unless we want to disconnect from society. We should be already very proactive to understand what we need to transition to new jobs which probably don't even exist yet. And the final aim would be one: to live in a world more human centred, not just only profit centred.
