Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst One of the best programs about crypto in media, analysing always who, what is happening in decentralised finance and digital economy, and how is affected also by the traditional finances. This time they focus on two main news, plus of course the volatility which continues to move prices up and down. The first topic is the pact between Coinbase and BlackRock. This has the potential to change the market a lot, as it means a lot of institutional investment from traditional "we are the system" investors. Not long ago BlackRock was against crypto but things have changed, meaning that they feel there is institutional demand so they change their ideology to answer to the market. BlackRock then gets access to BTC and open the doors to pools of wealth which were not there before. It needs to be watched at least for some months from now. the other topic is the financial results of Coinbase which have been real bad. On one hand its pact with BlackRock would help this company to get better results, also if the crypto winter is going to be history or not yet. SEC is washing carefully all exchanges, and on the other one Coinbase could be one of the exchanges where they could (if they could find any fault) go full weapons out to push stifling regulations, instead of positive ones.
