    Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst “As above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe, so the soul…”― Hermes Trismegistus. We have always wondered about macro and microscosmos' relationship. The old Alchemy books were looking for physical answers mixed with primitive Chemistry and esoteric teachings. The first decades of the 20th century witnessed debates about if our Universe (then thought to be only our own galaxy) was similar to an atom, and if we could look at an atom with enough precision maybe we could find small universes there too. This particular podcast is related to this yearn for understanding of us and our environment. Is brain related to the Universe? In a way, of course, as we are, as they say, made of stardust. And we can always look for similarities between different things. Remember the question: "Why is a raven like a writing desk?" Puzzling but if you stop to think sure you will find different answers. All knowledge, even in a speculative way like in here, teaches us a little more, makes us advance and even more, wonder. Wonder about ourselves, the mysteries of being, and the universe itself. Physics is pushing the old border with the Metaphysics world, when Quantum behaves in a way we could easily say it's impossible. Anyway, watch this with open mind, and enjoy.
