  Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst Who is not dreaming with a better world brought by the 4th IR around the blockchain tech? For some is even a new renaissance of society, spiritual life, conscience, and ways if interacting with each other and the land. Unfortunately the opposite is happening, for many crypto is just another way to get money through speculation. But yes, libertarians and crypto enthusiasts dream with something better. The problem is when they, usually already rich, try to push these ideas somewhere else, "as it is clear nobody would be in opposition to this, isnt' it?" Some have termed this now as "Crypto colonialism" a way of imposing ideas independently of the goodness or value they have on others. We just have the example on Africa, when we realised how much a wrong idea of managing international aid for development was in reality another way of colonisation, of sending ideas which were no native to the land, assuming Africans would just accept everything because "they need the aid". In fact international aid made many African countries even poorer not just in money but in froward thinking and ideas, which were not the ones NGOs and developed countries international aid were preaching. The same may happen with this idea. Let's believe in crypto, and in the 4th IR but never impose anything to who is either not ready or just doesn't have the same opinions we may have.
