Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst The European conflict is affecting the global economy and even our personal lives in a way or another. It may even come to a disastrous World War III. And that is something we don't want to even think about, for so many reasons. It would also affect negatively the whole development of digital economy. Is there any change of just negotiation (no unjust cessions, no unreasonable moves) or we are going to see just either an utter Russia defeat with all the global risks this has, or a long protracted war which will become entrenched for some time? This podcast offers us some ideas on how negotiations are done in difficult, sometimes even impossible sceneries, with a key element: dialogue must always be open, to look beyond the acts to understand the whys, the reasons why complicated conflicts happen, in this case the real reason of the conflict, the global issues, etc.We find this education on negotiation interesting as we can use this to negotiate in business, in life and relationships in real estate anywhere, adapting the core techniques to the situation.
