Dharmesh Shah, HubSpot's co-founder and CTO, presented a compelling vision for the future of AI agents at INBOUND 2024. By introducing the platform Agent.AI, a network of autonomous AI agents designed to assist marketing, sales, customer service, and operations teams. For him it means that very soon teams will be hybrid, both humans and AI agents working side-by-side. The Agent.AI platform will allow businesses to scope, add, and implement AI agents within their Smart CRM. HubSpot plans to offer an Agent Builder for custom agent development in the future.
