    Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst The thing about AGI is that he progress is going to happen but is difficult to pinpoint when some of the important milestones are going to be reached. LLMs are continuing to row and grow, but the open problem is when are we going to see creativity, or even if we are going to it, and how a possible AGI is going to see reality in a different way of us. However, in this time before full AGI, the labor market is going to change. It is unclear how and where, although we can see already hints. Companies need yet humans to give feedback to LLMs, but LLMs are coming into the vey low skilled positions. Soon or later this will happen in all the job market, including decision and execution pondering all data available is necessary which is usually given to executives and decision markers. The transition, hopefully, will be easy, but not necessarily painless and less for those who now are not yet aware that LLMs and AI are already the beginning of a new paradigm
