Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst The AIGrid's latest video "New STUNNING Report Reveals Which Jobs Are GONE By 2030" highlights some eye-opening trends: 92 million jobs could be eliminated, but 78 million new roles may emerge, 41% of companies plan workforce reductions due to AI automation and workers will need to transform 39% of their skills in the next five years. Many are in denial, others don’t know what to do, others are trying to get their minds on what they need to do to get new skills or process again their skills so they can work with AI in the near future, Otherwise, things will be bad for many. SO, which jobs are at risk according to this report? Bank tellers, cashiers, postal workers, administrative assistants, data entry personnel, basically routine work positions. But new positions will grow in other sectors, probably with new names, like on AI and machine learning specialists, Big data analysts, Fintech engineers, electric vehicle technicians, etc, basically anywhere where the AI is needed more than her and humans need to work with AI (or vice versa). So what is the key takeaway: Upskilling is crucial! Critical thinking, creativity, and adaptability are in high demand, not in 2030, but starting yesterday! Are you prepared for this shift? How are you future-proofing your career?
