Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst Andreessen Speaks Out about what he calls Silicon Valley's Seismic Shift. The SV leaders, at least the ones who matter, pivot rightward and support Trump. This is because Tech leaders are feeling threatened by potential AI regulations when Trump openly speaks about easing the regulations, with the shift driven by both ideological and financial interests, of course. Money and power always go together. The tech leaders are talking now about how Democrat’s AI regulations attempt were real horrible, and they had concerns over government control of AI and tech innovation. (Like we can have also concerns about AI being just controlled by private companies…. A balance must be reached). At the end, if we believe Andreessen we are witnessing the dawn of a new era in Silicon Valley, and this can have positive impact in the global arena. What do you think?
