Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst The disturbing issue of homelessness, as seen in this podcast, focused on US is well know. This podcast tries to humanizes it, giving a voice to those often overlooked and ignored. I is raw and real, because we are looking at the lives of real individuals experiencing and showcasing their struggles, resilience, and humanity. It’s a stark reminder that behind every statistic is a person with a story. The particulars f the US society could also indicate that a change is necessary: working on systemic issues contributing to homeless ness, like lack of affordable housing, mental health challenges, and economic inequality. This is not just about exposing the problem and even thinking that some of the people there have chosen their paths consciously and now they reap the consequences, it is about what can we do to be part of the solution where’ve we live, even is if tis just simply raising awareness. One of the things that define our humanness is precisely compassion and empathy. Next time you see a homelessness think about it, an dhow can we address this in our community. Rough, hard, but necessary.
