Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst Former Google X exec Mo Gawdat drops here a bombshell prediction: “AI could remove humans from the workforce within 5 years.” His conversation with Tom Bilyeu reveals why this isn’t sci-fi—it’s an imminent reality. Nothing the we have not heard before but… We’re not talking job displacement. This is full obsolescence. From coding to customer service, AI’s exponential growth threatens to outperform humans at nearly every cognitive task. This is called “The AI Tipping point”.

He also highlights the dangerous tech arms race with China. When superpowers treat AI development like nuclear weapons, humanity becomes collateral damage. So, for him, what would be his solution, UBI or Collapse. Basically and in a supposed ear of abundance UBI maybe the only way to avoid societal breakdown. But can governments implement it fast enough? And are human beings geared for a life without a challenge depending only from an UBI.

Anyway this means that White-collar jobs aren’t safe, even that reskilling has an expiration date Don’t let it for tomorrow!), and we have to work hard to understand the meaning of the experience of “work”.

In one sentence: Business as usual is ending, and what is in front of us can easily be a dystopian society if we don listen to the wake up call we need.

Is this dystopian fear-mongering—or the wake-up call we need? One thing’s clear: business as usual is ending.
