Strongly Recommended Watch: 'Elon's never taken drugs': Errol Musk speaks out on his son's feud with Trump | LBC
(youtube.com)
Tom Swarbrick is joined by Errol Musk to discuss his son Elon Musk’s escalating fallout with Donald Trump.
Tensions between Elon Musk and the former US President have intensified in recent days, with Musk daring Trump to "make his day" and accusing him of being linked to the Jeffrey Epstein files. The incident follows Trump’s claim that Musk had "gone crazy" after reportedly asking to leave his administration.
The SpaceX and Tesla CEO has criticised Trump’s “big, beautiful” tax and spending bill, suggesting it undermines his previous work with cryptocurrency DOGE. On Thursday, Musk launched a series of inflammatory social media posts directed at Trump. In response, Trump threatened to pull government contracts from both SpaceX and Tesla via his platform, Truth Social. Musk has also faced fresh accusations of drug use.
Speaking to Tom, Errol Musk dismissed those allegations as "nonsense", insisting his son has "never taken drugs". He also downplayed the rift with Trump, predicting the two would reconcile "within days".
When asked whether Elon needs a break, Errol agreed, adding that he doesn’t believe his son is cut out for politics.
