Dean Louis Is this what the United States has come to, that the land of the free and the home of the brave has been push so far that they, who usually take in refugees, are now themselves, considering seeking refugee status. How far we've come in less than a year, when the man so many thought would turn things around for the better, has managed, without flinching, to turn the US on it's head. It is rather bleak!!! -

The U.S. isnβt really designed to grant asylum to citizens even in extreme cases. So yes, it raises tough questions when a country is considered "safe," what happens when parts of it stop feeling that way to certain groups? This video hits that legal blind spot one that deserves a lot more attention.
