We don't even know what kind of jobs will be useful in five years time, while jobs which were hot in 2010 are already outdated. We as humans are not geared for this rapid change, so the disruption could completely take many unaware. Society itself in turmoil with Climate emergence, 4th IR, political issues, need to figure out this.
