If Bitcoin drops below this level, Shark Tank star Kevin O'Leary will be concerned. O'Leary spoke with Kitco News on the sidelines of the Bitcoin 2022 conference in Miami.
What is Bitcoin's price floor to justify building all the new green energy sources to mine the cryptocurrency? That's the question preoccupying many investors' minds.
"I am happy if Bitcoin stays at $50k for a couple of years. It is forcing everybody to make better computing power," he told Kitco's Editor-in-Chief Michelle Makori.

Yes, there has been and there is yet a danger of a tulip mania in crypto, a bubble. Scientists in Cambridge believe that they can do the same thing with other tissues in the body which could lead to treatments for age-related diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and neurological disorders.

Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst Historians specialised in economy and finances find that the dominance of a global currency is about 200 years. The status of the USD as a global currency is closing to this average, and there are many signs which could be read as pointing to its decadence. This should be, Black Swans allowing, a long term decline, so we have time to adapt, and in front there will be radical changes, whether to another fiat currency or else to a crypto or similar digital global currency for the 4th IR. Meanwhile, USD is king, even if the Empire is tumbling.

The United States has a long history of cyberespionage. But since the late 1990s, the Chinese government has been increasing its economic, technological and military capabilities to become a leader in cyberwarfare.
In response to aggressive actions by the US, experts say China is embracing its citizen hacker community.
Once considered a group of patriotic internet nerds, Chinese hackers have surfaced in the mainstream as the US and China spar in cyberspace. In recent years, allegations of state-sponsored hacking of trade secrets between the two superpowers have reached fever pitch.

It seems there are more positive points than negative, so some South American countries, others in the Asian subcontinent and even Tonga are already flirting with the idea. Even Russia has voiced this possibility, pushed by the financial sanctions.This could help to make crypto, particularly BTC, massively used in the near future, even with some hurdles to fit crypto and digital with the old financial and economic system, or at least make them coexist until the new system rises.
